Unlike most farms mentioned before, this one is actually one of the rare organic sunflower farms in Florida.
But that’s not all! They also have many other organic crops and organise a lot of u-pick events for sunflowers as well as strawberries and other products.
The staff is very friendly and provide amazing customer support which is always a plus.
It’s also not as busy as other farms and they have really good prices.
For sunflowers, they usually are open on fridays, saturdays and sundays.
The great thing about going on a Friday evening is that the field is open from 5 PM until sundown which means you can get some beautiful photos during the golden hour and at sunset.

However, the sunflower season in Florida happens twice a year!
Due to the abundance of sunshine and warm weather, most sunflowers farms in Florida plant their seeds both in summer and winter which means that you can see them during fall and spring.
This means that the best months to visit the fields and see the flowers in full bloom:

In the morning is better if you want to avoid the crowds.
Wear boots and a hat
You will be walking in a field and as pretty as it may be, it’s still a farm!
Make sure to wear sneakers or boots so you can walk around with ease and don’t ruin your shoes.
As it can be very sunny, I also recommend wearing a hat and sunscreen!
Not only will it protect your little head from the sun but you can also use it as a prop for the photos!
