You will find many farms with corn mazes in Florida. Most of them are a bit hidden so sometimes you need to know where to look for but once you reach them, it will be well worth it.
Spending your day in a farm and going to the corn maze is such a fun thing to do, especially with kids.

What is the best time to visit the corn mazes in Florida?

Floridaβs corn maze season is shorter than youβd expect. Most farms open in the second half of September and are done by early November.
So unlike further north, you canβt leave this until Thanksgiving. If you want a maze, aim for October.

So unlike further north, you canβt leave this until Thanksgiving. If you want a maze, aim for October. One other thing worth knowing before you plan: some of these farms are daytime family farms, while others open only after dark as haunted attractions. Weβve flagged which is which.
Also, corn leaves tend to cut a bit. Of course, these arenβt deep or dangerous cuts but they can be pretty unpleasant. If possible, wear long trousers and sleeves.
It doesnβt need to be very thick. Itβs Florida after all, so it will still be hot.
You can wear a T-shirt and take a light jacket for example.
As it can be quite sunny as well, donβt forget to wear a hat.

1. Great Scott Farms, Mount Dora

π From Orlando: 35 – 45 minutes
If you know this farm as Long and Scott Farms, this is the one. It was recently renamed but it is the same family and location.
It’s about 40 minutes north of Orlando and has one of the longest seasons in Central Florida. It runs to the middle of November.
Alongside the corn maze there’s a pumpkin patch, gem mining, a jumping pillow, a castle playground, a corn pit, farm tours, vintage trucks and tractors, a local farm market and a cafe.
Please just note that it’s weekends only, and it shuts at 5pm, so there’s no evening maze here.
2. Sykes Family Farms, Elkton

π From St Augustine: 25 minutes
This is a 9-acres and the closest proper corn maze to St Augustine.
Saturday is the day to aim for if you want to get the most bang for your buck. It runs 10am to 10pm, so you get daylight and dark on the same ticket, which no other farm on this list offers.
Friday is evenings only but itβs quite interesting because they have glow nights on!
Sunday is 10am to 5pm.
There’s also a kiddie cow train, hayrides, axe throwing (on specific days), bounce pads, tube slides, a bubble barn, a gaga ball pit, duck races, a cow milking simulator, face painting, pumpkin painting, you-pick flowers and a barnyard ball zone.
Please just note that the last entry is an hour before closing, so 9pm on Friday and Saturday and 4pm on Sunday.
3. HarvestMoon Fun Farm, Masaryktown

π From Tampa: 45 minutes – 1 hour
Located only 45 to 60 minutes from Tampa, this one is the largest maze farm in Hernando County.
Beyond the maze there’s hayrides, pumpkin picking, and loads of farm activities. There is also a petting zoo so you can see loads of animals.
The cool thing about this one is that they have haunted nights in the maze! They are on Fridays & Saturdays and tickets are $24.95 (October 10th to 30th).
4. The Berry Farm, Miami

π From Downtown Miami: 45 minutes
There arenβt as many corn mazes in South Florida as the climate is not as good for corn compared to Central or North Florida but this is a real 5-acres corn maze near Miami!
It has the longest season on this list and it’s the only farm here open on weekdays, so it’s your answer if your trip doesn’t land on a weekend.
Alongside the maze there’s one of Miami’s largest pumpkin patches, sunflower fields, hayrides, farm animals you can feed and live entertainment.
On select Fridays and Sundays through October and November they stay open until 9pm with music. It’s still very warm down there in October, so those evening slots are by far the nicest time to go.
5. Sweet Season Farms, Milton

π From Pensacola: 50 minutes
This is the only corn maze on this list in the Panhandle, and they’ve been running it for well over a decade. The maze covers 8 acres.
It’s open Saturday 9am to 5pm and Sunday 11am to 5pm, closed weekdays.
There’s one quirk worth understanding before you get to the gate. They sell two levels of admission, one covering everything on the farm and one covering just the maze and the hayride, and that cheaper one is only sold at the gate, not online.
The full ticket gets you the hayride, a cow train, a corn popper jumping pillow, a carousel, a train, slides, a playground, farm games and a turn on the corn cannon.
If you can make Friday 23 or 30 October, do. That’s the flashlight maze! It runs from 6pm to 10pm, and it’s the best thing they do. Bring a torch.
Please just note that pumpkins are priced separately, and last tickets go on sale 45 minutes before closing.
6. Harvest Holler Corn Maze, Polk City

Harvest Holler is one of the first farms in Florida to open, in the middle of September, so it’s your answer if you’re visiting early in the season.
While the corn maze is amazing, there is a lot more that you can do here, making a full day out.
Itβs also important to note that itβs conveniently located just off I-4 between Tampa and Orlando so you can easily get there from either cities.
Youβll find a pumpkin patch as well as a petting zoo with hayrides, a cow barrel train, tire swings hanging from giant oaks, a hay mountain to climb, a miniature golf course and a big slide.
Hours are Friday 4pm to 8pm, Saturday 12pm to 8pm and Sunday 1pm to 5pm. Saturdays get busy, so Friday evening or Sunday afternoon is much calmer.
No outside food is allowed but there’s food on site.
7. Amazing Grace Family Farms, Green Cove Springs

Amazing Grace Family Farms hosts the Harvest Holler Corn Mazewhich includes a corn maze but also loads of autumnal activities.
One ticket gets you the crop maze, the pumpkin patch, the pumpkin house, a bubble barn, the farm animals and all their fall photo ops.
It’s one of the most photogenic farms on this list, with picture spots set up all over the place, so it’s a good one if you want the autumn shots without leaving Florida.
Book online rather than paying at the gate, it’s noticeably cheaper.
If you like the place, they also have a sunflower season in spring that’s worth a separate trip.
Please just note the closing date moves every year because it depends on the crop and the weather. Their hours shift through the season too, so check their site before you drive out.
8. The Partin Ranch Corn Maze, Kenansville

This one is a working cattle ranch which makes it particularly authentic. They have the shortest season on this list but itβs during prime fall time.
They are open for four weekends, Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 5pm.
You get the corn maze, a pumpkin patch, hayrides, a barrel train, a kids’ zip line, ranch animals and a general store selling souvenirs, snacks and cold drinks.
They sell a season pass as well, which is worth looking at if you think you’ll go more than once.
Please just note there’s no evening session here, so make it a morning or early afternoon plan.
9. Conner’s A-Maize-Ing Acres, Hilliard

This 125-acre family farm is home to a corn maze, a sunflower patch, a pumpkin patch and a country store. You can also go on a tractor-pulled hayride and visit the barn to see the animals.
The food is a proper part of the day here too, with a food truck court on site.
Itβs also worth noting that grandparents get in free on the 10th October with a paying grandchild,
Also, there’s a haunted trail after dark on Halloween.
10. Fox Squirrel Corn Maze, Plant City

Located about 35 minutes from Tampa, this corn maze also has a pumpkin patch.
A ticket will give you unlimited runs of the maze plus the hayride, the jump pad and the games, and parking is free.
It’s open Saturdays and Sundays 10am to 5pm, and everyone has to be out by 6pm. They sell pumpkins and flowers on site.
Please just note it’s five weekends only and it finishes in late October, earlier than most, so don’t save it for Halloween weekend.
11. Peanut Patch & Corn Maze, Gainesville

Fair warning, this one has gone fully haunted for 2026 and they’re not being coy about it. Their own ticket listing says bring your running shoes and expect to be chased.
So this is no longer a gentle farm afternoon with the toddlers. It’s a night-time haunt for teenagers and adults who enjoy being frightened.
Your admission covers unlimited access to all three attractions: the haunted house, the haunted corn maze and the haunted hayride, plus the entertainment area.
It runs Fridays and Saturdays from 5pm to 11pm right through to Halloween, which makes it one of the best Halloween nights out in North Florida.
They also take bookings for company picnics, food truck rallies and birthdays if you want the place for a group.
